V.92 Handshakes (1-Mar-03)

Special thanks to Jarek Niewczas for sharing these V.92 audios & visuals he did while working of V.92 PCM upstream server (headend) modem code for  Lake Datacomms DSP group. The first is a handshake where the client (USR) modem achieves PCM upstream with the server.
